Job Description
A Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is needed at a well-established practice that currently has six (6) established offices : Four Internal Medicine Offices with Med Spas in Jasper, Canton, Roswell, & Rome, and Two Pediatric Offices between Jasper and Canton. We currently have 26 Medical Providers between our six existing locations. The ideal candidate must have the flexibility to work at our Jasper Internal Medicine Office full time. This candidate must also be focused on clinical excellence, building lasting relationships, & patient satisfaction. The ability to learn new skills, utilize technology, and work cohesively with an experienced team of supportive staff is essential for success with this position. Qualifications / Educational Requirements :
Nurse Practitioner Certification or Physician Assistant Certification RequiredActive DEA License (We can assist in obtaining this license if the candidate does not currently have)Flexibility to work at Jasper Internal Medicine Office full-time, but willingness to work at other locations as needed is appreciated.Excellent Computer Skills RequiredEHR Experience PreferredMust be Punctual & DependableMust be able to multi-task, & work well under pressure in a fast-paced environmentMust be a Team Player & Possess Strong Communication / Leadership SkillsJob Duties include, but are not limited to the following :
Work under the supervision and control of the Medical Director of the company and or his / her assignee.Follow clinical protocols that comply with company policyLaboratory & Imaging results are to be reviewed per office protocolsComplete Medication refills and adhere to prescribing restrictions based on office protocolsFocus on clinical excellence with continued education to provide patient satisfactionMeet expectations for quality-of-care measurements with a minimum of 75% complianceParticipate and share the telephone on-call system proportionately with other providers in the Company which may require weekends and holidaysJob Type : Full-time Position
Pay : $65.00 - $70.00 per hour (Starting Salary based on experience)
