We currently have an open position for an Accounts Receivable Specialist with strong CDK dealership accounting experience. We are looking for a highly motivated, career driven individual to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing customer payments, managing accounts receivable, balancing cash drawers, and ensuring accurate posting in CDK.

This position has the compensation of $22 - $24 hourly, with the opportunity of a 3-month review.

Responsibilities

• Process customer payments (cash, credit, and checks) accurately and efficiently
• Post transactions in  CDK  and ensure all receivables are up to date
• Reconcile daily cash, credit card, and check deposits
• Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable and outstanding balances
• Work with the accounting team to track and resolve discrepancies
• Provide receipts, balance registers, and prepare daily reports

Support the dealership team with additional accounting tasks as needed

Verify, disperse, and reconcile petty cash

Qualifications

CDK experience is required (must have)

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is a plus
