About the Role :
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Services Coordinator to join our team on the second shift. This role is key to providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Coordinate and manage client service requests to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
- Maintain and update client records and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and escalate issues when necessary.
- Provide support for reporting, scheduling, and other operational tasks as required.
Qualifications :
Previous experience in client services, customer support, or administrative roles preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).IND2
