Position Summary :

As the Senior Assistant General Manager, you’re the GM’s right hand, driving club success through unstoppable leadership, sales savvy, and a relentless focus on member experience. You’ll lead a rockstar team, crush goals, and make sure every person who walks through our doors feels the Crunch difference.

What You’ll Do :

• Team up with the GM to strategize and execute bold plans for membership growth, personal training, and club performance.
• Inspire, motivate, and coach your team to deliver next-level customer service and hit (or smash) their goals.
• Own the daily club operations — from safety and cleanliness to systems and member satisfaction.
• Recruit, hire, and develop high-energy team players who thrive in our culture.
• Track performance metrics and keep the GM in the loop with regular updates.
• Lead marketing and community outreach efforts that get people talking and joining.
• Handle member feedback like a pro, turning challenges into opportunities.
