Performs General Manager's duties in General Manager's absence. Supervises the operation of the restaurant and directs and coordinates all staff. Receives and checks in all deliveries. Monitors inventory levels and informs General Manager what is needed. Supervises door-hanging crews. Provides excellent Guest service and ensures Guest satisfaction. Makes sure restaurant is kept clean. Dispatches orders to drivers. Pitches in and performs a variety of tasks as needed.

- Be dependable, reliable and prompt.

- Has a good attitude and work habits.
- Has a valid driver's license, adequate car insurance and a clean driving record if he / she conduct errands or makes deliveries for the company.
