POSITION DESCRIPTION :
The Training & Adoption Specialist has strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning methodologies, and adoption frameworks. They are experienced in delivering targeted training programs using SAFe Agile Communities of Practice and CMMI Organizational Training (OT) processes. Responsibilities include developing training materials for UAT execution and automation tool usage, conducting agency-specific workshops, and tracking adoption rates. They also coach designated "automation champions" within agencies to ensure long-term sustainability of the deployed frameworks.
