Starting Pay : $15.00 / hr plus $2,900+ in potential bonuses!

Schedule : Limited-Service Full-Time positions available.

This role offers :

  • Evening and night shifts encouraged with a 10% shift differential for hours worked between 7 p.m. and 5 a.m.

  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, web chat, or written communication, providing courteous assistance.
  • Utilize computerized systems for tracking and problem-solving.
  • Assist customers with electronic application submissions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client regulations and policies.
  • Follow established operating procedures and adhere to privacy and HIPAA rules.
  • Minimum Requirements :

  • High School diploma or equivalent with at least 6 months of customer service experience.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written, with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Must participate and certify in internal training programs.
  • On-site work is required with no remote options available until one year of above-average performance.
