Hospitality Manager - Front of House Manager
Lead and manage a team of bar staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance bar efficiency and guest satisfaction. Monitor and maintain appropriate levels of bar inventory, including beverages, supplies, and equipment. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and cost-effective procurement. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback, resolving issues promptly and professionally. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to uphold service standards. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events, promotions, and special bar-related activities.

Annual salary range : $51,000.00 - $56,450.00 - $61,900.00 USD
