Service Reliability Engineer

A company is looking for a Sr. Service Reliability Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Provision, maintain, and scale production services across multiple data centers and hyperscaler environments

Assist in the design, testing, and rollout of a Microsoft Exchange environment, managing a heterogeneous global environment

Develop and maintain processes, tools, and documentation in support of the production environment

Required Qualifications

BS or MIS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience

Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience with Windows Exchange & Active Directory

Strong working knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange Server, and core systems services

Experience with public cloud providers such as AWS or Microsoft Azure

Thorough understanding of Ethernet and TCP / IP networking
