Lead and oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day management and exceptional guest satisfaction.Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth, manage costs, and achieve financial goals within the food and beverage department.Create and maintain innovative, seasonal menus in collaboration with the culinary team, focusing on quality and creativity.Recruit, train, and mentor a dedicated team, fostering a positive and service-oriented culture.Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote the restaurant, bar, and event spaces, attracting new guests and engaging with the local community.Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and operational standards, maintaining excellence in service delivery.Oversee banquet and event operations, ensuring flawless execution of weddings, corporate events, and other gatherings.Staff scheduling for Restaurant / Bar and Banquet EventsBeverage InventoryQualifications :
Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a boutique or upscale hotel setting.Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth.Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on team building and staff development.Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage trends, with a passion for creating memorable dining experiences.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.A hands-on, guest-focused approach with an eye for detail and quality.Benefits : What We Offer :
