Program Manager / Supplier Marketing Administrator

The Supplier Marketing Administrator / Program Manager plans, leads, and organizes projects within the Integrated Marcom Team that supports our Total Science Solutions business unit (TSS) focused on supplier marketing. This individual will report to the Director, Integrated Marcom, TSS, to motivate team members to achieve a high level of performance and quality, delivering marketing programs on time and within budget to ensure marketing programs demonstrate a strong ROI, increase profitability, and deliver on goals / KPIs and our supplier commitments. This position will be a key leader in creating and setting standards within the overall Marketing Operations PMO organization within Global Communications & Brand, implementing risk and impact analysis; building capability across the organization; establishing clear processes, roles, and responsibilities; and being involved in other strategic and tactical initiatives.

What we're looking for :

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, related field
• Experience : 5-8+ years of program / project management experience in Marketing / Advertising, ideally for large, complex, global organizations with multiple business units

Pay Transparency :

The expected pre-tax pay for this position is

$102,200.00 - $170,300.00

Actual pay may differ depending on relevant factors such as prior experience and geographic location.
