Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison between the company and dealers in the United States and Canada
Communicate effectively and timely with clients regarding products and features
Plan, schedule, and execute client performance discussions within established time frames
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and / or equivalent client management experience
2 - 5 years of relevant experience
Knowledge of SEO, social media, and website analytics
Experience with Salesforce.com or CRM software preferred
Technology / Automotive experience preferred
