The ideal candidate will be proficient in high-acuity surgical care, with experience in trauma, orthopedic, spine, neuro, and other specialty cases. Flexibility to cover occasional weekend shifts and call responsibilities is required.Key Responsibilities : Provide perioperative care for patients undergoing General, Robotics (DaVinci & Mako Ortho), Urology, ENT, Neuro (cervical fusion, lumbar laminectomy), Plastics (abdominoplasty, breast augmentation), GYN, and orthopedic procedures including total hip and total knee replacementsUtilize EPIC, SurgiCount, and TECSYS systems (preferred) to document patient care and track surgical instrumentationCollaborate with multidisciplinary OR team to ensure safe and efficient surgical proceduresRespond to on-call requirements for weekdays and weekends as scheduledAssist with patient assessment, intraoperative care, and post-anesthesia recoveryRequirements : Required : Minimum 3 years of OR experience in a Level 1 trauma centerProficiency in General Surgery, Robotics, Ortho, Spine, Neuro, Urology, ENT, Plastics, and GYN proceduresExperience with total joint replacement cases (total knees, total hips “ anterior and posterior approaches)Willingness to work call as describedPreferred : Previous travel experienceEPIC, SurgiCount, and TECSYS experienceContact : HumanEdge HealthHumanEdge Travel Healthcare Job ID #13200.
