The MedStar Health Internal Resource Pool is your chance to make an impact across multiple top-tier hospitals while enjoying a schedule that works for you!\n\nFloat to the Med Surg / Telemetry units at least three of the following hospitals : \n\nMedStar Franklin Square Medical Center\n\nMedStar Good Samaritan Hospital\n\nMedStar Harbor Hospital\n\nMedStar Montgomery Medical Center\n\nMedStar Union Memorial Hospital\n\nEnjoy a set base rate, hourly scheduling incentive and additional pay for Charge / Preceptor shifts.\n\nPRN Requirements\n\nFour 12-hour shifts per 6-week schedule\n\nTwo of the 4 shifts are weekend shifts per 6-week schedule\n\n1 holiday a year\n\n1 hard-to-fill shift per year\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nAs a Clinical Nurse, you will provide skilled, compassionate care to patients and families across a spectrum of needs—from routine to highly complex. You will assess evolving patient conditions, identify actual and potential health concerns, and develop appropriate care plans. • ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required.\n
• 2+ years of RN experience required; two plus years of RN experience in Medical Surgical Telemetry strongly preferred.\n
• Active MD RN License or Active Compact State RN and Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers required (AHA or American Red Cross) upon 90 days after starting. ACLS and NIHSS strongly preferred.\n\nThis position has a hiring range of\n\nUSD $50.00 - USD $50.00 / Hr.
