Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with plant management to identify areas for improvement and prioritize projects based on potential impact on KPIs.
• Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams in executing improvement projects using continuous improvement tools such as Lean Six Sigma, 5S, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Statistical Process Control (SPC), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Kaizen events.
• Take ownership of the 6S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) methodology to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient workplace.
• Develop, update, and analyze key metrics related to operational performance, quality, cost, and efficiency.
• Conduct Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) to address and resolve production issues, quality incidents, and customer complaints.
• Implement and sustain improvements in processes, workflows, and procedures to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members on continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
• Act as a change agent by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the organization.
