Business Development Manager – Colorado Front Range (Littleton, Fort Collins, Colorado Springs) Priority Home Services is seeking a driven, relationship-focused professional to launch and grow our presence across three key markets :
- Littleton, Fort Collins, and Colorado Springs.
- This high-impact role focuses on business development and large-project sales, with long-term earning potential and opportunities for regional leadership.
- You’ll be in the field generating new business across Colorado’s Front Range, building lasting relationships with property managers, commercial clients, and decision-makers at multi-family properties.

identify opportunities and close jobs exceeding $5,500, while establishing Priority Home Services as the go-to provider in each market.Territory & Travel :
This is a field-based role responsible for business development across : Littleton Fort Collins Colorado Springs Key Responsibilities : Proactively generate new business by visiting multi-family and commercial properties across your territory.Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.Close residential and commercial service projects over $5,500, including scoping, estimating, and client communication.Earn 3% commission on new client revenue in Year 1, 2% in Year 2, and 1% in Year 3 and beyond.Serve as the primary point of contact for large accounts, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.Collaborate with leadership to identify and pursue regional growth opportunities.Represent the Priority Home Services brand with professionalism in all client-facing interactions.Support local marketing and outreach efforts to increase lead volume and brand awareness.Qualifications :
Proven experience in business development, outside sales, or account management—preferably in HVAC, plumbing, or a related home services trade.Strong network or experience working with multi-family, commercial, or property management clients.Skilled in selling, scoping, and managing service projects over $5,500.Entrepreneurial and self-motivated, with the ability to manage your own territory and sales pipeline.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Valid Driver's License and ability to pass a background check.Compensation & Benefits :
Base Salary : $30,000 First-Year Earnings Potential : $75,000–$80,000 Second Year & Beyond : Six-figure earning potential Commission Plan : 3% of revenue from new clients (Year 1) 2% in Year 2 1% in Year 3 and every year thereafter Performance-based advancement opportunities as territory expands Powered by JazzHR
