Pipeline and Performance Management :
Manage the sales pipeline for consistent revenue growth.
Build a healthy pipeline by qualifying leads and closing deals.
Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
Client Relationship Management :
Build strong relationships with businesses, advertisers, and agencies.
Develop tailored advertising solutions for client goals.
Deliver exceptional service and measurable results.
Collaboration and Communication :
Work with programming, promotions, and fulfillment teams on campaigns.
Communicate audience insights to clients and the sales team.
Represent Federated Media at events and industry functions.

Qualifications :
Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in media sales.
