3(16) Consultant

A company is looking for a 3(16) Consultant to work remotely with Plan Sponsors and Financial Advisors.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for Plan Sponsors and Financial Advisors regarding 3(16) responsibilities

Ensure compliance with 3(16) requirements and oversee the creation of annual letters and other necessary documentation

Manage projects and tasks within the PensionPro workflow system and monitor various eligibility and compliance deadlines

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required

Minimum of 2 years experience in the retirement industry

Direct client contact experience is required

Experience with 3(16) fiduciary services preferred

Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with workflow systems like PensionPro preferred
