Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Vice President of Operations to oversee and scale operations across our hospitality portfolio. The VP of Operations will play a critical role in shaping the company’s future, driving efficiency, and ensuring our properties and teams exceed performance expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for multi-unit operations across the Forge Hospitality portfolio.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, processes, and standards to maximize guest satisfaction and profitability.
• Partner with property-level leadership to drive consistency, accountability, and excellence in service delivery.
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting for all properties.
• Identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and innovation in operations.
• Build, mentor, and develop high-performing teams that embody Forge Hospitality’s values.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic initiatives, acquisitions, and expansion opportunities.
