Executive Producer Job at Rincon Broadcasting Group in Tulsa

We are looking for an experienced newsroom leader who knows how to multi-task and thrives on creativity to be the next Executive Producer to lead our newsroom’s morning newscast. The Executive Producer will oversee editorial direction of our five-hour flagship newscast, ensuring our storytelling is fair, accurate, and compelling.

What You’ll Do :

• Take the lead on managing and mentoring our producing team—think coach and motivator.
• Own the editorial process for our five-hour morning newscast—story selection, placement, tease writing, and flow.
• Make sure every show feels urgent, visual, and built for the FOX23 viewer.
• Work closely with anchors, reporters, photographers, and the content coordinator team to create smart, cohesive coverage across TV, web, and social.
• Help guide breaking news and severe weather coverage
• Ensure editorial integrity and accuracy and uphold the highest journalistic standards.
• Keep an eye on the competition and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
