A company is looking for a Service Suite Account Manager to serve as the primary business liaison for assigned dealership Fixed ops departments.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with service managers and dealership leadership
Implement and monitor MPI tools and workflows, and analyze inspection data for trends and revenue opportunities
Track key performance indicators and prepare performance reports for clients and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in automotive fixed operations or related account management role
Strong understanding of dealership operations and service marketing strategies
Proven track record of meeting account performance goals
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and dealership management systems
Experience in consulting or business development within the automotive sector is preferred
