The HR Manager is considered an integral part of this organization and will have a voice in the room with ownership. Manage end-to-end recruiting, onboarding, especially for productionDrive retention / employee engagement initiativesOversee benefits, administer renewals, manage annual reviewsManage worker's comp and unemployment programsInput labor data into ERP; collaborate cross-functionallyBe a strategic voice for ownershipQualifications :
Experience strongly desired; Associates or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources a plus3+ years of HR Generalist knowledgeStrong recruiting and benefit administration experience; production / manufacturing preferredMicrosoft Office proficiency; ERP aptitude#LI-RM1
