Join Our Team as a Home Infusion Clinical Liaison!

At Providence Home Infusion Pharmacy , we are looking for a passionate and dedicated Home Infusion Clinical Liaison to join our team. This is more than just a job; it’s an opportunity to support patients and their families during critical transitions in care.

Your Role

As a Home Infusion Clinical Liaison, you will be the bridge between patients and their healthcare providers. Your primary responsibilities will include :

  • Building and nurturing positive referral relationships to boost Home Infusion Referrals.
  • Collaborating with discharge planners, facility staff, and physicians to assess the appropriateness of home infusion therapy.
  • Facilitating smooth patient care transitions and ensuring proper documentation for infusion therapy.
  • Providing consultative support and educational presentations on home infusion therapy.
  • Serving as a clinical resource for ordering providers, facility staff, patients, and families.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should meet the following qualifications :

Required Qualifications :

  • Education sufficient for licensure.
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
  • At least 1 year of full-time experience in a clinical role.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • Experience in liaison, marketing, or sales.
  • Background in the healthcare industry.
  • Documented success in sales account medical management.
  • Familiarity with Epic EMR.

    Compensation and Work Environment

    The pay range for this position is $46.54 - $72.26 , with additional compensation opportunities such as shift differentials, overtime, and bonuses. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Portland, OR.
