Position Summary

The position of Marketing Manager will be responsible for shaping and driving marketing strategy for the Data and AI service line. This position requires a modern marketer who understands the enterprise B2B landscape and can effectively position the business for rapid growth by focusing on building awareness, generating demand, and driving client engagement to grow pipeline and drive revenue. This role will collaborate closely with the Data and AI leadership team to develop targeted marketing content, execute strategic campaigns, and coordinate with the broader Sikich marketing team to ensure alignment and amplification across channels.

What will you do in this role?

Lead the Data & AI marketing strategy end-to-end, owning positioning, messaging, and execution to establish Sikich as market leader

Create compelling marketing materials such as presentations, sell sheets, case studies, blogs, and website content

Develop thought leadership pieces, case studies, white papers and client success stories that highlight Sikich's expertise in Data and AI

Partner with technical teams to produce webinars, podcasts, and video content showcasing our expertise

Design and execute marketing campaigns, including Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs targeting priority clients and industries

Manage multi-channel campaigns (email, digital, social, events, webinars) to drive awareness and lead generation

Drive measurable pipeline growth by aligning campaigns and programs to revenue goals

Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize effectiveness

Partner with sales teams on account planning and develop targeted account penetration strategies

Collaborate effectively in a matrixed environment, leveraging corporate brand, digital, and event resources while championing Data & AI marketing priorities

Act as the primary advocate and leader for Data & AI marketing initiatives across the firm

What do you need to succeed in this role?

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or related field, or equivalent practical experience

Five (5) to seven (7) years of B2B marketing experience with proven success marketing to enterprise organizations

Experience in professional services or enterprise technology solutions marketing required with experience in marketing technology, data analytics, or AI solutions and an understanding of the competitive landscape

Demonstrated expertise in modern digital marketing techniques,including marketing automation, ABM, and data-driven campaign optimization with proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms

Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to distill complex technological concepts into clear, compelling content

Experience marketing to specific verticals (e.g., manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, insurance) with understanding of industry-specific data challenges

Exhibits strong analytical skills with experience in marketing attribution and pipeline influence metrics

Strong project management and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Proven ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders to drive alignment and results

In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the midpoint of the base salary range for this role is $110,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, commission, and geographic location.
