Salary : Hourly Plus Commission

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Lead Technician to join our team. This role involves leading and mentoring technicians, ensuring quality service, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and support HVAC technicians on job sites
  • Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide solutions
  • Ensure safety and quality standards are met on all projects
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Complete and maintain accurate job documentation

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years HVAC experience (lead / supervisory preferred)
  • EPA Certification (required)
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Valid Arizona driver's license
