WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

The Risk Advisor is responsible for new insurance account production and sales activities within assigned accounts. This includes market research, developing a business base, educating, promoting, and selling insurance services, maintaining client relationships, and projecting a professional image in all interactions.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Achieve annual revenue goals through consultative sales to new and existing clients.
• Demonstrate industry engagement and thought leadership.
• Develop and execute an annual sales plan with a pipeline coverage ratio aligned with company metrics.
• Build an active pipeline of qualified prospects from various sources.
• Document all sales activities and outcomes accurately in the company's tracking system.
• Close new business effectively, documenting opportunities and reasons for success or loss.
• Provide consultative recommendations to clients based on their needs.
• Identify and assess risks and exposures for clients.
• Assist clients with technical services, including loss control and claims advocacy.
• Transition sold clients to the account management team smoothly.
• Build strategic relationships with key decision-makers.
• Provide market intelligence and feedback to leadership.
• Maintain a positive, competitive, and driven attitude.
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.

The salary range for this role is $100,000 to $250,000, based on experience, skills, and other factors. Compensation decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.

Potential participation in a discretionary annual incentive program is possible, subject to performance and company policies.
