Description : Position Purpose

• We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our community services team. As an RN in community services, you will play a crucial role in providing clinical treatment services to the targeted populations.
• You will work closely with diverse populations, including individuals with chronic illnesses, disabilities, elderly individuals, and underserved communities. The primary focus of this role is to promote wellness, prevent illness, and improve health outcomes through education, advocacy, and direct patient care.
• As a learned behavioral health professional this position will use face-to-face individual, group psychotherapy, and family-focused behavioral health management techniques to provide assessment and behavioral health supports.

WORK SCHEDULE : This is an Exempt (salary) position. Primarily Monday through Friday daylight. Will rotate on call responsibilities (200 / day – 250 / holiday day).
