This position reports to :

Global Product Group Manager

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the respective chapter by defining and aligning functional standards. Each day, you will create the necessary conditions for a high-performing chapter. You will also showcase your expertise by simultaneously remaining part of a squad and handling day-to-day responsibilities. The work model for the role is : Hybrid

You will be mainly accountable for :

  • Defining standards, guidelines, and best practices for the chapter.
  • Dedicating approximately 50% of your time on day-to-day assignment and allocating the remaining time on building the right capabilities and facilitating the alignment of talent with the right roles and value-creation opportunities.
  • Acting as a coach with deep expertise related to the chapter, providing guidance and support to foster growth among members.
  • Working together with functions and hubs to ensure agile interfaces to agile teams

Job Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in business management, engineering, or related field
  • 8+ years of management experience in an engineering environment
  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
  • Extensive experience in leading agile teams is preferred
  • Electrical equipment and breaker knowledge is preferred
