This is a great opportunity for experienced RNs that are looking for

flexible self-scheduling and PREMIUM PAY!

• Requires a minimum of 48 scheduled hours per month, Night Shift Only
• At least 1 -12 hour weekend shift per month.
• Requires availability to work 2 or the 3 hospitals listed below :

Northern VA / Blue Ridge Pool Hospitals : Woodbridge, Martha Jefferson (Charlottesville), Rockingham Memorial (Harrisonburg)

The Registered Nursing (RN) is responsible to perform a competent level of nursing care as demonstrated by the critical thinking model known as the nursing process. The standards of practice (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, coordination of care- teaching and health promotion and evaluation) along with the standards of professional performance (ethics, culturally congruent practice, communication, collaboration, leadership, education, evidence- based practice / nursing research, quality, evaluation, resource utilization, and environmental health) encompass the actions and foundation of professional nursing. The RN possesses clinical knowledge and skills to meet standards as required by specific clinical areas.

Sentara Hospital Support Services is hiring a Registered Nurse to work in our Resource Pool covering three hospitals : Blue Ridge region : Rockingham Memorial in Harrisonburg and Martha Jefferson in Charlottesville; Sentara Northern Virginia in Woodbridge.

Offers Premium Differential Pay, Flexible Self Scheduling : (work up to Full-time hours if desired). Only required to provide the availability to work no more than two weeks in advance.
