Qualifications

Must haves :

  • Prior management and budgeting experience in real estate, hospitality, retail, or a related field

Great to haves :

  • 2-3 years residential property management experience
  • Understanding of industry software such as Yardi, Onesite, YieldStar
  • High School Diploma or equivalent or post secondary education a plus

    • Compensation

    The compensation range for this role is $83,000 - $107,000 / year plus generous leasing and quarterly bonuses.
