What You'll Do

  • Represent women professionals and business owners in divorce, custody, and related family law matters with a strategic, results-driven approach
  • Provide high-touch client service

proactive communication, polished advocacy, and compassionate support.

  • Develop and execute case strategies that align with each client's personal and financial goals.
  • Collaborate with a team of skilled attorneys, paralegals, and client service staff to deliver a seamless, concierge experience
  • Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to firm growth through thought leadership and community involvement.

    • What We're Looking For

  • Licensed in Texas, preferably with 5

    • years of family law experience

    (litigation and negotiation).

  • A proven track record of representing high-net-worth clients or complex cases.
  • Exceptional communication and courtroom skills with a professional, confident presence
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort with modern legal tech and systems.
  • Emotional intelligence : ability to support clients navigating stress while maintaining boundaries and professionalism.
  • A passion for empowering women and protecting their futures.
