Our client, TSR Consulting Services, Inc., a leading financial services company, is seeking a Senior Reporting Developer (Snowflake / SQL) on a long-term contract basis.

Location : Alpharetta, GA

Summary : Support the Reporting Cloud Transformation initiative, focusing on design and implementation of reporting related to IVR, Routing call flows, and service integration across various business lines including mortgage, banking, and brokerage. Ideal candidates will have experience with large-scale transformations and legacy migrations.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and design solutions that improve customer and agent experiences.
• Stay updated on Genesys PureCloud and Power BI features to leverage new capabilities.
• Design, implement, and ensure integration between Genesys, Power BI, IVR, Salesforce Desktop, Call Recording, Workforce Management, and other channels.
• Translate reporting requirements into code / configurations.
• Define customer and agent experience enhancements with technology and business insights.
• Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment.
• Document configurations for knowledge sharing.

Required Skills :

Education :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Compensation : $68-$89 per hour.
