Role & Responsibilities :

Specialty : Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

Setting : Rural Health Clinic + Hospital + Long-term Care

Schedule : Full-time, permanent

Team : 2 Physicians + 6 Advanced Practice Providers

Provide comprehensive, full-scope family care across outpatient, inpatient, and long-term care settings

Candidate Requirements :

Board Certified / Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (within 3 years of residency)

Active IL license (or ability to obtain)

Clean malpractice history preferred
