Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates across various teams
Actively source diverse talent through multiple channels and collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions
Continuously improve recruiting processes and provide training for hiring managers to enhance interview quality
Required Qualifications

Familiarity with real estate and technology intersections
