Position Overview :

As a Director of Pharmacy, you'll have the opportunity to lead and innovate in a dynamic healthcare environment. We're looking for a passionate and experienced professional who can drive excellence in pharmacy services and make a positive impact on patient care. This is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact in a clinical setting while ensuring the highest standards of patient care and regulatory compliance.

What You'll Do :

  • Managing and supervising pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and support personnel
  • Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local pharmacy laws and regulations
  • Overseeing the preparation, dispensing, and distribution of medications
  • Conducting drug utilization reviews and monitoring patient medication therapies
  • Implementing and maintaining quality assurance programs
  • Managing inventory, including ordering and stocking medications and supplies

What You’ll Bring :

  • License : Active and in-good-standing GA State Pharmacist License, including licensure in at least 1 of these other states : LA, MI, MS, IL
  • Education : Pharm D or B.S.
  • Experience : At least 1 year of pharmacist experience required, previous PIC experience and previous mail order experience preferred
  • Screening : Must pass a background check, drug screen, and health screening
