Pay Rate : $22 / hr. to $25 / hr., based on experience

Department : Boutique - Designer handbags, fine jewelry, trendy accessories with brands like Coach, LVMH, Marc Jacobs, Supreme, Essential, Alo, Swarovski and Pandora

What you'll be doing

• Active : On the floor about 85% of time
• Sales : Assist, educate customers with jewelry, designer clothing and accessory buying decisions
• Monitor : Analyze sales performance data, identify areas for improvement
• Train : Primary trainer for new and current sales associates
• Kickoff : Motivate associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
• Right-hand : For Manager, e.g., minor people issues, merit review insights
