• Clinic shifts 8 am - 5 pm with weekday call 5 pm - 7 am
• 1 - 2 weeks of call per month with 24-hour weekend call
• Clinic volume 20 - 25 patients daily
• Nursery census 0 - 5 patients, floor census 0 - 2 patients
• Combined clinic and hospital practice
• Level I nursery coverage with high-risk delivery attendance
• Well-child and acute care in outpatient setting
• Ongoing coverage opportunity
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
