HealthPlus Staffing is assisting a Behavioral Health group with their search for a full-time Clinician to join their team in Springfield, MA. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience working with children, adolescents and families. This outreach position is offering a sign-on bonus. The Clinician will be responsible for providing professional mental health services to individuals and families referred to our agency. This includes providing assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health and / or substance abuse issues. The clinician will also provide crisis intervention, case management and clinical consultation.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for individuals and families.
• Provide crisis intervention services.
• Provide support and guidance to individuals and families.
• Ensure the safety of all individuals.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with community partners.
• Provide case management services.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports and documentation.
