Overview :

Singnala We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry Level Communications Coordinator to join our dynamic team! This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter who is passionate about communications and eager to kickstart their career in a fast-paced environment. As a Communications Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing and communications efforts by assisting in the development of internal and external communication materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation and distribution of various communication materials including press releases, newsletters, and social media content.
  • Coordinate internal communications to ensure all team members are kept informed on company updates and initiatives.
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events to promote the organization and its services.
  • Monitor media coverage and compile reports on communications efforts and public relations activities.
  • Help maintain and update the company website and social media platforms to ensure consistent and engaging content.
  • Collaborate with team members on project development to align messaging with branding guidelines and strategic goals.

    • Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing techniques.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic graphic design software a plus.
