Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular patrols of the property on foot and via golf cart.
  • Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
  • Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally via radio, phone, and in-person.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate incident reports and daily activity logs using computer systems.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, building management, and law enforcement when necessary.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Enforce building policies and procedures consistently and respectfully.
  • Monitor access points and verify credentials of individuals entering the premises.
  • Assist with evacuation procedures and emergency response protocols.

Job Skills / Requirements

  • Hiring immediately for Full-Time, Part-Time, and FLEX Security Officers for ALL DAYS & SHIFTS in the Downtown Charlotte, NC area.
  • Monday–Saturday, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts are available.
  • Pay : $18.00 / hr; weekly pay.
  • Applicants must have excellent customer service, good communication skills, and a professional appearance.
  • Candidates need to have reliable transportation and a current / valid driver's license. Prior Security Officer, Military, or Law Enforcement background is preferred.

    • Education Requirements : High School diploma or equivalent.

    Certification Requirements : PPSB License.
