Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Installation / Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in installing, troubleshooting, and servicing various security systems. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Install & repair all aspects of surveillance systems (analog and IP), Access Control, Burglar Alarm, and associated peripheral equipment
- Perform routine maintenance and service on existing security systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure successful project completion
- Maintain accurate documentation of all installations, service calls, and maintenance activities
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve skills and knowledge
- Follows safe and secure practices to safeguard against injury, damage to property and confidential information based on both company and client safety standards
Qualifications :
5+ years of experience in installing, servicing, and troubleshooting security systems in a similar positionManufacturer Certifications : Honeywell, Kantech, VideoEdge, American Dynamics, ProWatch, Victor, VMS or other types of security platformsExperience with installing security surveillance systems (analog and IP), Access Control, Burglar Alarm, and other associated equipmentWorking knowledge of MS Office and basic computer functionsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members while ensuring confidentialityMust possess a high school diploma or equivalent qualificationPhysical Demands & Safety
Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment, climb ladders, and work in various environmentsAbility to effectively use hand and power toolsAbility to work in all weather conditionsValid driver’s license and a clean driving recordMust possess a valid driver's license with a clear driving recordMust pass a pre-employment drug screening and background investigationBenefits :
