Senior Mortgage Underwriter DE SAR

A company is looking for a Senior Mortgage Underwriter to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze borrower information including credit, income, and assets for thorough evaluations

Review appraisals to ensure compliance with guidelines and support for the assessed value

Monitor the mortgage pipeline to ensure timely closing dates are met

Required Qualifications

DE and SAR designations

Minimum of 5 years of mortgage-related and underwriting experience

Two or four-year college degree or equivalent professional experience in business, finance, or a related field

Deep knowledge of agency and government underwriting guidelines

Experience with analyzing pay stubs, W-2s, tax returns, and profit and loss statements
