Locum Tenens NP - Family Practice Opportunity in CA

• Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm with 36 patient care hours and 4 administrative hours
• 18 - 20 patients per day, 9 patients per 4-hour clinic session
• Community health center / FQHC outpatient setting
• EMR : Epic
• Experience with chronic pain, addiction medicine, and behavioral health required
• Patient population ranges from pediatric to geriatric
• Charts must be completed same day of visit
• Outpatient primary care panel management experience required
