Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Writer to join our Information Development team. The focus will be on creating client-centric documents to facilitate the use and setup of our offerings. The ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, demonstrating adaptability, self-motivation, and team collaboration. You will be responsible for producing and refining documentation, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and user-friendliness, supported by a solid understanding of our tools and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and evolution of departmental style and process guidelines.
  • Understand and apply product development methodologies within an Agile framework.
  • Build and maintain positive collaborations with team members and stakeholders.
  • Conduct thorough research and document features for both new and existing products.
  • Participate in project meetings, manage schedules, and report progress, focusing on continuous improvement of documentation.

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong writing and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with MadCap Flare and Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of API documentation and experience targeting developer audiences.

    • Industry Experience Required

  • Previous experience in eCommerce or the payments industry is highly desirable.
