This is a unique opportunity to join an edge threat detection cybersecurity company, to lead them from early stage through to market entry and scaling. The technology is validated, patented deep tech with guaranteed funding and an incredibly supportive VC behind it.

Partnered with the USA's top cyber laboratory to license a set of tools and software aimed at some of the biggest challenges in Operational Tech Cybersecurity. Looking to target industries with critical infrastructure, keeping them safe from the cyber threats they face daily.

You will work closely with the VC and key stakeholders to define the product roadmap, develop 'go-to-market' strategies and build a world class team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define the company's vision, strategy, and goals, ensuring alignment with the mission.
• Build and lead a high-performing team, by identifying, hiring and retaining top talent.
• Lead product development in partnership with technical experts.
• Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy that positions the company as a leader in OT cybersecurity.
• Raise follow-on capital from venture capital, strategic investors, and government programs.
• Establish relationships with early customers, partners, and stakeholders in the OT and cybersecurity ecosystem.
• Manage the company's financial performance, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
• Lead operations, including full P&L and cash flow management.
• Report updates VC and the Board regarding progress on goals.
• Drive strategy decision-making across sales, marketing, operations, and finance.

What We're Looking For :

Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven track record of building technology companies and / or teams, preferably in cybersecurity or similar fields.

Experience with software businesses, ideally with an understanding of cybersecurity, operational technology (OT) or industrial control systems (ICS).

Experience in fundraising preferred, or other relevant experiences in investor relations, corporate development or sales.

Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a team.

A strategic thinker with the ability to execute and pivot quickly in a dynamic startup environment.

Ability and desire to tackle challenges head on, not afraid to work hard and grind when the time calls for it.
