Speech Language Pathologist

Roanoke Valley Speech and Hearing Center is looking to hire a Speech Language Pathologist who has experience with both children and adults.

• Job responsibilities will include
• Providing quality speech therapy services, including evaluations and weekly speech therapy
• Initiates referrals when appropriate, in accordance with established standards of practice and therapy department procedures.
• Evaluates and obtains data necessary for treatment planning and implementation.
• Develops treatment plans that include a target list, short-term and long-term goals.
• Instructing patient and family in appropriate speech-language procedures to allow carry over of therapeutic remediation and goals in dally activities.
• Qualifications and Experience
• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology.
• Certificate of Clinical Competency
• Current SLP license for State of VA

Our hours are Monday - Thursday from 8 : 00 am - 5 : 30 pm and Fridays from 8 : 00 am - 12 : 00 pm. We are willing to offer a full-time or a part-time position to the right candidate.
