Our Video Distribution Engineer builds and maintains cutting-edge compression and digital distribution platforms for one of the premier national broadcasters.

Responsibilities (Snapshot)

General Responsibilities

Embrace a culture of continuous learning, especially in emerging technologies. Be motivated as part of a high performing team delivering high quality products. Enjoy learning from and mentoring others. Build strong analytical, reasoning, and technical troubleshooting skills. Gain and maintain knowledge of major satellite and fiber distribution systems and the vendors that supply them. Work various shifts as part of a 24 / 7 coverage team and translate business and operation requirements into technical requirements.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate for this role is $39.75-50.49 per hour, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location. This role is eligible for benefits including medical / dental / vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits per plan documents. Benefits for union represented employees will be per applicable collective bargaining agreement.
