Responsibilities

Lead and manage 4 to 5 teams in developing high-level strategies for clients

Cultivate strong relationships with media and influencers to enhance agency visibility

Deliver exemplary client service, maintaining strong working relationships and effective communication

Oversee the execution of strategic communications plans and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

Mentor junior staff and assist in their development through regular feedback and support

Qualifications

At least 7 years of experience in a PR agency

Strong background in consumer brand PR with knowledge of corporate PR and crisis management

Proven experience in managing press offices and handling press inquiries

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong understanding of media requirements

Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels, both internally and externally

Preferred Qualifications

Record of high academic achievement with a good degree, particularly in English and / or Business

Experience in measuring the ROI of communications activities and delivering impactful PR campaigns

A wide network of media contacts across various platforms

Demonstrated creativity and innovative thinking in campaign development

Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with flexibility and change
