Manufacturing Engineer

Akkodis is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for a contract with a client in Maple Grove, MN(Hybrid). Candidates must have experience with polymer manufacturing technologies and working in a regulated industry to be considered.

Rate Range : $45 / hour to 47 / hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Manufacturing Engineer Job Responsibilities Include

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, quality, and production to support new product introductions and process improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues by applying root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all manufacturing activities.
• Create and maintain documentation such as work instructions, process validations, and engineering change orders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other methodologies.
