About the Role :
We’re seeking a skilled CNC Programmer / Machinist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts and components. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of G-code, blueprint reading, tooling selection, and has hands-on machining experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Program CNC mills / lathes using G-code or CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360, etc.)
- Set up and operate CNC machines according to engineering specifications and production schedules
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials for each job
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues
- Measure and inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools
- Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and safety in every job
- Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other team members to optimize machining processes
